Transportation in Cartagena
Cartagena has a well-developed transport infrastructure and is well linked by air, sea and land. Being a major tourist and commercial centre, Cartagena is well served by a busy international airport, numerous sea ports and good road links. It is easy to travel in and around the city as well. There are local buses, collectivos (vans) and taxis. For a more romantic ride, you could hire a horse drawn carriage.
A lot of people prefer to just walk to their destinations, since there are so many attractions within the city, it is a lovely place for leisurely strolls.
Use our Cartagena Transportation Guide below for all the information you need to know about transportation to and within Cartagena.
